DRAWING UP OF TECHNOLOGICAL CARDS.
All products from wood can be divided into following kinds:
- The elementary, consisting of one detail (a parquet, planing, boards and etc.). For their manufacture it is enough to have the sketch and specifications;
- The simple products consisting of 3-4 details. The sketch, a picture or the drawing and specifications is necessary for manufacture;
- Difficult products consisting of a considerable quantity of details (furniture, etc.) for which manufacturing it is necessary to have подетальный the drawing with the specification and specifications or the standard.
On occasion the order can be executed under the sketch or to the ready sample (standard) thus the executor himself carries out the drawing, specifies connections, makes and co-ordinates specifications with the customer.
In the presence of drawings of the specification and specifications it is possible to make technological process of processing of separate details, assemblages and furnish of all product.
On each detail, knot and a product the certain, rational order of processing is developed. In the description of technological process the list of operation and the equipment on which this or that operation is consistently made is underlined.
