The basic concepts of technological processes
Production can be defined as set of all processes connected with transformation of raw materials and materials in finished goods of the given enterprise.
Process that part of production which is directly connected with change of the sizes, the form or properties of processed materials is technological.
We should define technology of stoljarno-mechanical manufactures as scientifically and almost well-founded system of methods and receptions of processing of wood materials for reception from them joiner's products.
Detail name the elementary component of a product, the form and which sizes are set by the product drawing.
As operation is called the part of the technological process which is primary unit of its division in given manufacture.
As a workplace understand a premise site where the equipment (machine tools, workbenches, adaptations), materials and the stock, used by workers is definitely located at performance of operations.
Installation name the part of operation which is carried out at one fastening of a detail in the machine tool or the adaptation.
Pass is the part of operation which are carried out at one moving of a detail concerning the tool in a direction of giving (or the tool concerning a detail and a case of item processing).
Individual or individual manufacture name such manufacture at which products are produced in insignificant quantity, and repetition of release of these products specially is not provided.
Serial name such manufacture at which products are issued more or less in large lots (series), and repeatability of a series in advance is provided.
Mass name such type of manufacture at which products are issued in a considerable quantity, continuously and for a long time, without change of their design.
Such manufacture at which workplaces settle down as operation performance is called as is continuous-line, and the number and productivity of these places are calculated in such a manner that transition of processed details (or products) from one operation on another without a delay is provided.
Manual stream - the most simple form continuously-line production. At it transfer of details from one workplace on another is made by workers manually or by means of the elementary transport devices (склизов, rollers and etc.).
The stream with the distributive conveyor represents the line of workplaces served by one general conveyor (conveyor), used as a simple vehicle for transfer of processed details from operation to operation. For performance of operation of a detail act in film from the conveyor on workplaces.
The working conveyor name the product line on which working operations over details are carried out without them from the conveyor.
The automatic transfer line is the higher form of mechanisation continuously-line production, at it is automated not only transport of details from one workplace on another, but also processing of details on each operation.
The general structure of technological process is approximately identical to all stoljarno-mechanical manufactures.
